What is the current pay rate for nannies near Philadelphia area?

According to the Philadelphia Nanny Network average salaries for nannies in Philadelphia are $12,5-20 per hour  and mostly depend on the nanny’s level of education, child care experience and numbers of children.

While the salaries of nannies in Philadelphia can vary greatly, according to the International Nanny Association’s 2010 Nanny Salary and Benefits Survey nannies in Philadelphia earn on average $15.55 per hour.
