Free English classes and resourses for the Au Pairs.

The Au Pair program is known abroad as the “Learn and Earn”program. The Au Pairs can learn the experience, American culture, polish their English and also can earn money.

Many Au Pairs came to the US with the goal to improve English. Living with American family is the best way for Au Pairs to improve their English skills. Working with kids and practicing English skills with them has huge advantages. Depending on their ages, kids can be great teachers. Kids words and sentences are often simpler than that of adults. Children are usually can correct errors without making Au Pairs feel uncomfortable. Au Pairs and kids can learn from each other reading and playing together.Au pair and kids

Here are a lot of opprtunities to learn English for free. For example, free English classes in the Philadelphia area
FLP – English as a Second Language (ESL)
Meet up classes
Community Learning Center
Phila Literacy

Au Pairs can find free online language learning resources, take language exchange classes online with English Lessons & Tutors Online – LRNGO. Some Au Pairs found language exchange options with American students or future ESL teacher. Au pair in the college

Au Pairs get a chance exploring the country, attending classes and immersing themself in the English language. Au Pairs also have an opportunity studied in America for free. They are supposed to take 6 credits or 72 class hours in college during the program year. Many Au Pairs take an ESL (English as a Second Language) class as part of their educational requirement.Go Au Pair volunteer 2016 ISF 8

Beside speaking English at home, Au Pairs practice English for daily life in an English-speaking country –with new friends, in the stores, restaurants etc. The Au Pairs also can travel, volunteer for the community and meet new people.
